3 Weeks of Holiday Well Spent

Previous semester break, it was fun for everyone. Some went back to hometown to see their old friends. Some went on holiday with other friends. SOME went to Japan. Some still stuck in Melaka. And one guy stuck in front of his PC doing work… T_T

I spent 2 Week of the holiday doing Syukor’s work and 1 1/2 week on orientation ( yes, it overlaps ). Thanks to Kristine’s monitor, I can do Syukor’s work faster. I got paid for it, of course.

I’m a guy with lotsa “i wanna buy” things in mind. Here’s some of it:

1. A bigger monitor
2. A better Memory Stick for my PSP
3. A Speedlight ( flash kit ) for my camera
4. A new lens for my camera

In the end, I end up with buying a new monitor. I’m going to use it everyday and I DO need space. PSP’s memory stick is for games purposes only, so belakang kira. I’m not going to use Speedlight everyday, and a new lens is really expensive ( and I dun think I’m going to buy a new one within this year ). So yeah, I’m going for a new monitor. Premiere and After Effects demands lotsa space.

Dell E228WFP 22″ monitor. Bigger than 2 A4 ( or 1 A3 ) paper combined. 1680×1050 of awesomeness + old 1280×1024 = A LOT OF SPACE. I’m happy.

Again, who needs a girlfriend when you have 2 monitors. XD

PS: Now… still waiting for my OC money… Need to play WoW.

You should get 24″ as well…they are just Rm10 more $ than your 22″ XD

Edo: Well, I’m not insane enough to own 4 screens which I’m probably not going to use ( except for bragging rights ), and I can’t find any other monitor around that price range. *Hugs monitor*

since ur running dual lcds what graphic card r u using still that X1950XTX??? or changed to HD2900XT??

Edo: Yeah. Not interested to upgrade my graphic cards since I dun play game that much these days. Maybe years later, because it’s a big waste to upgrade my graphic card now. GeForce 9800 maybe? Lol.

ermm besar lagi tak bole ke? Kasi la Plasma TV terus sangkut kat dinding tu. give it like 40″ or more. Baru la kacak. And than only u deserve to say something like “A hanging Plasma tv right in front of me what a gf for…” LOLOLOLOL

Edo: Sitting in front of a 40″ monitor right in front of me less than a meter away is ridiculous. For now i guess… Lol…

Feel like getting a 19in LCD to complement my current 21in CRT… but no money, baybeh!
