An “Interesting” Experience

This is the following story from the previous post about me did 360 in the middle of highway. And of course, if you’re my mom, whatever I wrote here is a joke, really, no serious stuff here. *shiny eyes*. Love you, Mom.

I love my mom’s car. It’s a Toyota Vios. So far, it’s the 2nd best car I’ve ever driven ( the best was my friend’s Honda City ). Of course, this car is so much better than Suzie the Kancil. I rarely get to use this car because my mom luvs it so much. Most of the time, the family will abuse Bob the Proton Waja.

So, I have matters in Subang Jaya which I need to attend to. Since Suzie’s drive shaft is dying, I dun wanna take risk driving her far. So, I get to use my mom’s car. Yay. Seriously, i hate driving Bob. I prefer Suzie than Bob, really. Bob have crappy gear ratios and of course, “too big” for me.

My mom’s car RAWKS. Of course, this coming from a guy who drives a Kancil everyday. This car can go up to 180kph where Suzie can only go until 110 downhill. 0-100kph in average 14 seconds effortlessly. Superb brakes, superb handling and

The car drifted and made a 360… O_O;;;;;

Yeap. Shit happened. Here’s the story:

I came out from Seafield’s toll highway, there was 2 junction: One heading Shah Alam, one heading Subang Jaya. Took the Subang Jaya lane, and met a 2 lane corner that leads to the main highway. Then I have no idea what exactly happened. The road was downhill a bit and wet. Maybe I went to fast but thinking again I’m not that stupid go fast at sharp corners.

The car suddenly drifted outwards and spinned 360 inwards. It felt like the front left tire’s gone. As the car spin facing the opposite side of the road, I tried to apply all the brake powers I have but the car still skid forward while spinning. The car stop as the tail of the car nearly touch the inner railings. Yeap, I can see cars zooming towards me now… but thank God they are quite far away. So, there was I stopped at the inner side of the corner facing the opposite direction .At that time, I seriously thought that there’s a puncture in the front left tire. So, i tried to drive the car to the outer side…. and I had no problems doing it.

Got out from the car and checked everything. No punctures. The tyre looks brand new. And zero scratches on the car. O_O

So… I’m pretty sure it was my fault then. Maybe I really went to fast. Could really feel the TCS kicks in and that might be a sign my back tire skidded.
Ok, that’s a serious terrifying event… and I felt cool at the same time. Ok, it’s stupid to feel cool about it, but.. HECK, it felt really cool. Call me an idiot.

So, I continued my journey like nothing happened. Of course, it’s too interesting so I told everyone about it. So now, so far I’ve been labeled as a safe driver and have zero accident record ( not caused by me ) … until now, not anymore. T_T

PS: Anyone still wanna ride with me? I’m a safe driver, really. It was just a.. “slip”.
